A lot of times I’m asked by sellers when we’re sitting down talking about selling their home. They ask me, Libby, what attracts buyers to my home in general and I always say no matter what market we’re in, number one is price, number two is the condition.

And those are the things that you have control over as a seller, the price obviously, you can price it right and number two, get the condition the best you can get it into now.

I know sometimes sellers don’t have the money to really get the house fixed up so they have to price it accordingly because that’s what attracts the buyers, number one is price, number two condition, no matter what market we’re in whether it’s a buyers market, sellers market, upmarket, downmarket, flat market…

Number one price, number two condition.
