At the end of February 2021, Ken and I will be moving to Knoxville, Tennessee.

But don’t worry! We aren’t leaving you behind.

Guthrie Group Homes will still be serving you as your trusted Real Estate Agents in Contra Costa County.

Here’s how it will work.

When you have a real estate need, you can still contact me directly. We will maintain the same contact information, phone number, and email address. None of that will change.

Just give me a call as usual and I will take care of you.

The only difference is when it comes time to list your home or look for a new home, our partner, Brittany Armenta will be your local point of contact. I will introduce you directly and we will all discuss your wants and needs.

As we have told you, Brittany is an outstanding agent whom we have known for many years. I personally have mentored her throughout her career as a Realtor.

Ken and I will continue to work as real estate agents in Knoxville as well as in the Brentwood area.

We chose Knoxville as our new home since I still have family and friends in that area. We are very excited to begin our new adventures in Tennessee! However, we are sad that we won’t be here in person to help you.
